SLOW DRAINS

This is by far THE most common plumbing issue we see. Sometimes its a very simple blockage that needs to be dislodged, other times it requires deeper inspection in order to find a solution. Especially in bathroom drains, the most common cause of clogging is a combination of knotted hair and soap that creates a plug.

CLOGGED TOILET

Check your toilet to see if it is filling up all the way. Most of the time, a clogged toilet is caused by a combination of human waste and toilet paper. Every now and then(especially if you have kids), you might find a foreign surprise by doing an inspection. This can get tricky, as improper exploration can damage vital components to your drainage/sewer system.

 

LOW WATER PRESSURE

This one is less common, but can end up being a much bigger issue behind the scenes. If the water in your faucets/fixtures is barely trickling out, you could have a leaky or broken pipe somewhere in your system, or there could be a build-up of minerals and sediment somewhere. Luckily, we're able to assess symptoms to give you an answer quickly!

RUNNING TOILET

You know that noise, it sounds like low air pressure always flowing from your bathroom. It doesn't sound like water, but 95% of the time your toilet is running. This can end up wasting over a thousand gallons per WEEK. Sometimes this is a quick, 10-min fix or it can be a problem that requires an internal component replacement. It can sound scary but most of the time we are in and out in a couple hours!
